These Affiliate Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the CampusAI affiliate, referral, creator, ambassador, and promotional programs made available through the Services ("Affiliate Program").
These Affiliate Terms supplement and form part of the CampusAI Terms of Service ("Terms"). Capitalized terms not defined in these Affiliate Terms have the meanings given in the Terms or applicable Additional Terms.
The Affiliate Program allows eligible users, creators, businesses, communities, partners, ambassadors, affiliates, and other approved participants ("Affiliates") to promote CampusAI, District, DistrictOS, MultiBot, Loft, subscriptions, products, services, campaigns, or related offerings in exchange for potential commissions or other compensation.
Participation in the Affiliate Program is optional and subject to approval, eligibility requirements, availability, technical limitations, operational requirements, and compliance with the Terms and these Affiliate Terms.
CampusAI may approve, reject, suspend, restrict, or remove any Affiliate from the Affiliate Program at any time in its discretion.

Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates any partnership, employment, agency, joint venture, fiduciary, franchise, or exclusive relationship between CampusAI and Affiliate.

CampusAI may provide Affiliates with referral links, referral codes, discount codes, tracking identifiers or similar tracking mechanisms ("Affiliate Identifiers").
Affiliate Identifiers may be used to:
Affiliates may distribute Affiliate Identifiers through websites, social media, newsletters, communities, content, campaigns, applications, creator channels, Media, or other approved promotional channels ("Affiliate Media").
Affiliates may not:
CampusAI may use cookies, attribution technologies, tracking technologies, analytics systems, session identifiers, or similar systems in connection with the Affiliate Program.
Affiliate attribution may depend on:
CampusAI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free tracking, attribution, or commission calculations.
Affiliate attribution may be affected by:
Unless otherwise specified by CampusAI, the Affiliate Program operates on a first-touch attribution model. A referred user is generally attributed to the Affiliate whose Affiliate Identifier was first associated with that user.
However, where a purchase is completed using a campaign-specific discount code, referral code, or Affiliate Identifier that clearly identifies a specific Affiliate as the direct source of the transaction, CampusAI may attribute that transaction to the Affiliate associated with such code or Identifier notwithstanding prior attribution.
CampusAI may determine attribution outcomes in its reasonable discretion based on operational, technical, anti-fraud, campaign, or attribution-related considerations.
CampusAI may determine, in its discretion, whether a registration, purchase, subscription, transaction, or referral qualifies for attribution, commissions, rewards, or participation in the Affiliate Program.
CampusAI may reject, reverse, invalidate, or withhold attribution, commissions, or rewards relating to:
Affiliates may become eligible to receive commissions, revenue shares, credits, rewards, payouts, discounts, subscription benefits, or other compensation ("Commissions") in connection with qualified referrals, registrations, subscriptions, purchases, campaigns, or other qualifying actions determined by CampusAI.
Unless otherwise specified by CampusAI:
may be displayed through the Services, Affiliate dashboards, campaign materials, onboarding flows, or other Affiliate Program documentation.
CampusAI may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue:

Commissions may become available only after:
CampusAI may withhold, reverse, offset, cancel, or reclaim Commissions relating to:

Affiliates are solely responsible for all marketing, promotional, advertising, referral, creator, influencer, community, and campaign activities conducted in connection with the Affiliate Program.

Affiliates must ensure that all promotional activities:

Affiliate agrees to clearly and conspicuously disclose any material connection, sponsorship, compensation, affiliate relationship, promotional relationship, or financial incentive relating to CampusAI where required by applicable law, advertising standards, platform policies, or regulatory guidance, including applicable FTC endorsement guidelines.
Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring that required disclosures are:
CampusAI may request removal, modification, correction, suspension, or discontinuation of Affiliate Media, campaigns, promotions, content, advertisements, or marketing activities that CampusAI reasonably determines:
Affiliates must comply with such requests within a commercially reasonable period determined by CampusAI.
Subject to these Affiliate Terms, CampusAI may grant Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use certain CampusAI names, logos, trademarks, branding elements, marketing materials, visuals, banners, campaign assets, or promotional materials ("Affiliate Materials") solely for approved participation in the Affiliate Program.

All rights, title, and interest in:
remain owned by CampusAI or its licensors.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Affiliate Terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred or licensed to Affiliates.
Affiliates retain ownership of original content independently created by Affiliates ("Affiliate Content"). However, Affiliate grants CampusAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

CampusAI may revoke permission to use Affiliate Materials at any time.
Affiliates may stop participating in the Affiliate Program at any time.
CampusAI may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time where CampusAI reasonably determines that:
Upon termination or suspension:
Unless prohibited by law or affected by fraud reviews, chargebacks, disputes, abuse investigations, or policy violations, CampusAI may continue to pay valid accrued Commissions relating to legitimate qualifying transactions completed prior to termination.
Termination of participation in the Affiliate Program does not limit any rights or remedies available to CampusAI under the Terms, applicable law, or other applicable agreements.
