Campus AI Terms of Service

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Campus AI online platform, available at campus.ai (hereinafter: "Platform").
  2. The owner and operator of the Platform is Campus AI Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Przykładowa 10, 00-001 Warsaw, entered in the National Court Register under number 0000000000 (hereinafter: "Operator").
  3. By using the Platform, you accept these Terms of Service.

§ 2. Definitions

  1. User — any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the Platform.
  2. Account — an individual User account created on the Platform after registration.
  3. Services — all functionalities and tools provided by the Platform.

§ 3. Rules of Use

  1. The User agrees to use the Platform in accordance with applicable law and the provisions of these Terms of Service.
  2. It is prohibited to use the Platform in a manner that may infringe the rights of third parties or act to the detriment of the Operator.
  3. The Operator reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to the Platform for maintenance or updates.

§ 4. Personal Data Protection

  1. The data controller of Users' personal data is the Operator.
  2. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
  3. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is contained in the Privacy Policy available on the Platform.

§ 5. Liability

  1. The Operator makes every effort to ensure the Platform operates correctly and without interruption.
  2. The Operator shall not be liable for interruptions in the Platform's operation resulting from causes beyond the Operator's control, including technical failures, force majeure, or actions of third parties.
  3. The User bears full responsibility for content posted on the Platform through their Account.

§ 6. Final Provisions

  1. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of changes through the Platform at least 14 days in advance.
  2. In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  3. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office.
